A member of the Exemplar Financial Network team, Steve is a Financial Advisor for Financial Network Investment Corporation, one of the largest independently managed securities firms in the USA. Additionally, he is a licensed Life, Health and Disability Insurance agent.

In 1996 Steve was appointed to the Representative Advisory Council at Financial Network Investment Corp., this was a time of dramatic change in the financial services industry.  In 1999, Miles Gordon, then President and CEO of Financial Network awarded Steve with the Representative of the Year Award for his service to his clients, his community and the company. Steve is also a member of the Ambassadors, Governors, President and MVP clubs, at Financial Network.

Steve and his wife Patricia make their home in the Lake Geneva area of Southeastern Wisconsin; where they are involved on numerous boards and committees.  In 2009 the Chamber of Commerce awarded them   the “Model  Citizen of the Year “.  Steve and Patricia are very active in supporting education for the underprivileged children in Kenya.  Steve is active in Rotary International, and served as his club President in 2004-05.  Currently,  he is the secretary of the grants committee for his District.   Steve is also the President of  the local High School Endowment Foundation.   Steve was instrumental in the development of the youth Soccer and Wrestling programs, in his community.

Steve and Pat have two children who are teachers. Matt and Melea are actively involved in their communities including Tsunami relief efforts in Sri Lanka and traveled to the region to provide hands on relief.

Oliver Wendell Holmes said “greatness is not where we stand, but in what direction we are moving. We must sail sometimes with the wind and sometimes against it – but sail we must, and not drift, nor lie at anchor.” Not only is this a guiding principal in Steve’s investment strategies, it is also a great truth to live by.
