Personal:

Wayne J. Pover is a Registered Financial Consultant and an Investment Advisor Representative with Financial Network Investment Corporation, a Registered Investment Advisor Firm. He is a licensed life, disability and long term care insurance agent.  Wayne started in the financial services industry immediately after graduating from the University of Iowa in 1988.  He worked for a local Certified Public Accounting firm for ten (10) years. In 1998, he started his own  financial service practice with Exemplar Financial Network.  Wayne specializes in Business Retirement Plan(s), Children Education Funding,  Individual Retirement Investment-Distribution Planning, Tax Planning and Estate Planning.

Wayne sits on a committee that develops continuing education programs for Certified Public Accounts in the areas of business retirement plans, small business legacy programs, college education funding and financial estate planning.

Wayne sits on the Board of Directors of Heart and Soul, a charity fundraising organization, which provides funds for local charities. He is also one of the founding members. He is actively involved in coaching little league and a current little league board member.  He also volunteers at school events in the Burlington Central School District 301.  Wayne resides in Elgin with his family including his two boys, Jimmy and Zach.
