Lauren Martin

Lauren brings more than 15 years of experience in marketing and event coordination and graphic design to the Exemplar team. She earned her bachelor's degree in Marketing from Illinois State University and is also a self-taught graphic designer with a passion for creating engaging experiences and meaningful visual communications.

Throughout her career, Lauren has combined creativity, organization, and attention to detail to successfully manage events and develop marketing materials that strengthen client relationships and support business growth. Her diverse background allows her to approach every project with both strategic thinking and a creative perspective.

Born and raised in Crystal Lake, Lauren now lives there with her husband, Scott, their son, Anderson, their daughter, Mila, and their dog, Luna. Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on Anderson at his baseball, football, and basketball games and watching Mila perform in dance competitions and recitals. When they're not busy with youth sports and dance, Lauren and her family love traveling together and spending time on their boat on Crystal Lake.
