Steve has been a licensed investment advisor since 1986. In 1996 Steve was appointed to the Representative Advisory Council at Financial Network Investment Corporation.
Steve’s passion in life is to encourage people live their lives to the fullest. In addition to helping people create success through financial planning, Steve also has a heart for service in his community and around the globe. Steve and his wife Patricia make their home in the Geneva Lake area of Southeastern Wisconsin where they are involved on numerous boards and committees. Steve is active in Rotary International, and served as his club President in 2004-05. They spearhead his Rotary club’s international effort to provide education, clean water, classrooms and food, to the poorest of children in Nakuru, Kenya, Africa.
With an added emphasis on education for girls. In 2011, Invest In Others Charitable Foundation recognized Steve and Patricia with a Global Community Impact award for their active support in the education of underprivileged children in Kenya through organizations like Africa H.E.A.R.T. and Freedom for Girls.
Steve and Pat have two children Matt and Melea, who are teachers. Like their parents, they are actively involved in their communities and with international service. They helped with the Tsunami relief efforts in Sri Lanka by raising money and traveling to the region to assist in the rebuilding of schools . They continue to be active in community relief efforts, particularly in Tornado relief. Steve is extremely proud that their children have taken on active roles in community service.
